Moth Lighting had the fortunate opportunity to contribute to an incredible architectural project right from the planning stages. Collaborating closely with the architect and installing contractor from the outset ensured that all necessary provisions for this smart home were integrated before the completion of internal walls and insulation.

This smart home boasts high energy efficiency, featuring a Loxone control system as its central hub. It integrates HVAC, solar power, underfloor heating, gas fireplaces, saunas, and swimming pools. Full automation is achieved through presence detection. Additionally, AV, lighting, CCTV, and gate entry are all manageable via a mobile app, with NFC technology enabling personalized scene settings and building notifications and security.
